- All pages added to Page Description spreadsheet.
PROBLEMS --
- I need to further customize the reCAPTCHA contact form, and make sure the footer is where it should be on the Thanks page.

The only thing I would change is to adopt the format of documentation in the table in A4 for your file documentation spreadsheet.
That version includes all 4 columns and makes it easy to cross reference a file. Additionally you'll be getting more documentation ready made in this format for copy/paste!
